I’m proud to share that I am now an SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate. This certification reflects specialized training focused on helping travelers with disabilities, chronic conditions, mobility limitations, neurodivergence, sensory needs, and other accessibility considerations plan trips that are safer, smoother, and more enjoyable.
As an SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate, I’ve completed professional education centered on accessible travel planning and best practices—so I can better identify potential barriers, ask the right questions, and help match you with travel options that fit your specific needs.
Accessible travel isn’t one-size-fits-all. Two “accessible” hotel rooms can be very different, and a destination that works well for one traveler may not work for another. My job is to help translate your needs into a realistic, well-coordinated itinerary—with details you can feel good about.
I’ll take time to understand what accessibility means for you. That might include step-free access, roll-in showers, bed height, elevator availability and reliability, distance between key points, sensory-friendly environments, dietary needs, service animal considerations, or fatigue-aware pacing.
I help you sort through options and ask targeted questions so you’re not relying on vague labels like “ADA compliant” or “wheelchair accessible” without specifics. We’ll focus on the features that matter most for your comfort, safety, and independence.
My goal is to minimize last-minute scrambling by planning ahead: confirming accessibility requests, building in buffer time, and helping you understand what to expect—especially on airport days, during transfers, on excursions, or with multi-stop itineraries.
If an accommodation is needed, I can help communicate requests clearly and early. And if something changes, I’m here to help problem-solve and support you in finding the best available alternatives.
Accessible travel support can benefit many travelers, including those who:
While I can help plan and advocate for accessibility needs, accessibility features vary by destination and supplier, and final accommodation decisions are made by the travel providers. My commitment is to help you ask the right questions, confirm details where possible, and choose options that best match your needs and comfort level.
