About Derek:
Hi, I’m Derek Koonce, a devoted husband to my wife Katherine Koonce and a proud father of four amazing children: Jackson, June, Jade, and Jury. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and our love for travel has grown from years of planning unforgettable family vacations filled with joy, adventure, and meaningful memories.
Our family understands firsthand that every traveler’s needs are unique. Some of our children have special needs, which has given us invaluable experience in carefully planning trips that accommodate sensory sensitivities, accessibility requirements, and unexpected challenges. Because of this, we specialize in creating stress-free, thoughtfully designed vacations that allow families to truly relax and enjoy every moment.
Travel is more than just a destination for us—it’s about creating experiences that bring families closer together. We take pride in handling every detail with care, compassion, and precision, ensuring that each trip is as smooth, enjoyable, and memorable as possible.
Our mission is simple: to provide you with a personalized travel experience that becomes one of the most cherished memories of your lifetime. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a relaxing escape, or a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, we are honored to help turn your travel dreams into reality.
